Dean Perry is the visionary founder of Flagler 32, a consulting firm created to identify inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions for optimizing business operations.

Dean’s career began in commercial banking, where he managed financial regulations and advised businesses on financing, increasing cash flow, and improving corporate banking operations. He worked closely with companies to help them navigate complex regulatory environments, secure capital, and streamline operations to drive efficiency and growth.

After consulting with a company and identifying inefficiencies in their HR budget, Dean led the effort to outsource the recruitment of a new C-level executive to oversee the revitalized HR department and its budget. This process sparked his passion for full-desk recruiting, where he began specializing in finding top-tier talent to align with companies strategic goals and operational improvements.
